It appears that Phil Kessel and the Boston Bruins might be ready to part ways. Boston Bruins GM Peter Chiarelli said he finds himself at a "philosophical impasse'' regarding the signing of Phil Kessel, his third-year right wing.

It was reported in the Boston Globe, that the Boston Bruins are trying to convince Phil Kessel to accept an offer that would cap their payroll to around $59 million. But Phil Kessel has not been impressed with any of the Boston Bruins offers.
I can't imagine what the line-up in Boston will look like without the talented forward in the mix. I don't think there are any forwards in the current line-up that can score 35-45 goals like Kessel can.
I also am sick and tired of the argument that Kessel isn't physical enough, not everyone is going to check people through the boards.
