Our friends at 98.7, Amp Radio, just sent a link to photos they say are Kate Upton and Justin Verlander enjoying some quality bar time last week after that Aerosmith concert we told you about. BC reported over the weekend that there was legitimate chatter about Upton & Verlander hanging out and this should now solidify that theory. Of course you know Kate was spotted in Verlander’s box. This, however, takes this story to a new level.
According to CBS Detroit newshounds:
Staffers at Coyote Joe’s in Shelby Township, at 22 Mile and Ryan, confirmed the duo were very chummy Thursday night after reportedly taking in an Aerosmith concert.
But witnesses at Coyote Joe’s said Upton was “hanging all over” the ace.
Just as we assumed on Saturday. Verlander flew in his buddy Frank Viola Jr., Upton and her friend Lizzy Glynn. Double dates. At this point, it’s safe to assume Verlander isn’t seeing his longtime girlfriend, Emily Yuen. Looks like she’s out of the picture.
Let the gossip run wild, kids.
Now, where are the photos from Friday night after the Tigers’ game?

DETROIT -- Good thing Justin Verlander wasn't starting Sunday or his whole routine would have been thrown off.
Let's just say the ride in was a bit of an adventure.
"I got a ride to the stadium from Town Car, as I usually do on days that I travel," Verlander said after Sunday's 7-1 Tigers victory over Kansas City. "On the way there, about 10 minutes out...
She is the supermodel originally from Michigan, and was recently seen dancing at a Detroit Tigers home game. He is the best pitcher and reigning Cy Young award winner. Could the young and beautiful Kate Upton and Justin Verlander actually be dating? That’s the buzz after the two have been seen together all over metro-Detroit [...]
Justin Verlander is arguably the best pitcher in the world right now. While there may have been some doubt as to who should have started for the National League, nobody had any issues with Verlander -- the reigning AL MVP -- taking the mound against the opposing league's best hitters. So, it may have come to a surprise to many that Verlander was shelled in his one inning of work...
After winning the American League MVP last season, Justin Verlander might be even more important to the Detroit Tigers in 2012.
The overpowering right-hander has already thrown a career-high five complete games this year, bolstering a struggling rotation and helping the Tigers stay in the thick of the AL Central race. No, he's not likely to go 24-5 again, but Verlander - the...
KANSAS CITY, MO. Justin Verlander has accrued virtually every individual honor available to a starting pitcher: a Rookie of the Year award and World Series Game 1 start in 2006; a no-hitter in 2007; Most Valuable Player and Cy Young awards, along with the second no-hitter of his career, in 2011.
Tuesday, he will add yet another: a start for the American League in the All-Star Game...
Previously on Outside the Boxscore, we mentioned the rumors that swimsuit model Kate Upton and Justin Verlander might be a couple.
The folks over at the Detroit's rock station WRIF decided to do this parody song called "Upton Girl":

In case anyone missed it, Sports Illustrated model and maybe the hottest women on the planet right now Kate Upton attended the Tigers’ 8-7 victory over the Kansas City Royals Saturday afternoon.
The St. Joseph, Michigan native (located in the south-west portion of Mitten) is familiar face to the Tigers this season having worked with Justin Verlander on the MLB 2K12 commercials...
A Pro-Anorexia website calls supermodel and Sports Illustrated cover girl Kate Upton a “Fatty.” Is that the proper way to talk about the girlfriend of Detroit Tigers ace Justin Verlander? The AL ASG starter might want to whip a 100 m.p.h. fastball at the head of (whoever or wherever that head may be) The Skinny Girl website which slams Kate for being fat, lazy, lardy and piggy...
Tony La Russa doesn't concern himself with storylines. If he did, he would have chosen New York Mets' knuckleballing sensation R.A. Dickey to start the All-Star Game.
Instead, La Russa picked San Francisco's Matt Cain as the National League starter and created a different theme to the pitching matchup for tonight's All-Star Game (MLB on FOX, 7:30 p.m. ET). The subplot...
The knuckleball will have to come on in relief. Matt Cain has been picked by Tony La Russa to start the All-Star Game for the National League, John Harper of the New York Daily News reports. That means knuckleball sensation R.A. Dickey won't be leading the team despite going 12-1 with a 2.40 ERA and 123 strikeouts over the first half of the season for the Mets. Source says Dickey...
It was the San Francisco Giants show at Tuesday night’s All-Star Game as the National League beat up on the American League 8-0 from Kauffman Stadium in Kansas City.
Giants outfielder Melky Cabrera opened the flood gates in the first inning off of AL Starter Justin Verlander. Cabrera singled to left center before Ryan Braun doubled him home to make it 1-0. Later on in the first...
