The Baltimore Orioles agreed to minor league deals with right-handers Armando Galarraga and Pat Neshek on Monday.
Both players will receive invitations to spring training.
Galarraga went 4-4 with a 5.91 ERA in eight starts with Arizona last season. He is famously known for falling one out shy of a perfect game against Cleveland in 2010.
