Aaron Wilson of the Carroll County Times reports the Ravens have informed nose tackle Kelly Gregg that he will be released on Thursday. The move was made to clear $3.5 million in salary, but Jamison Hensley of the Baltimore Sun speculates that Gregg could re-sign for a one- or two-year deal worth $1-2 million this season. The Ravens definitely want him back for a rotational role. Now 34, Gregg is going to lose his starting job to Terrence Cody.
