During Monday's press conference, Baltimore Ravens head coach John Harbaugh said that he expected running back Ray Rice to take Wednesday's practice session off as he recovers from the hip injury that caused him to exit Sunday's contest against the Cleveland Browns. That proved to be true, as Rice was one of several Ravens' players to miss practice yesterday.RB Ray Rice not practicing today, as HC John Harbaugh indicated Monday. LB Arthur Brown, CB Chykie Brown, DE Chris Canty also not practicing— Baltimore Ravens (@Ravens) September 18, 2013 Rice suffered what was later diagnosed as a strained left hip flexor late in Sunday's victory over the Browns. Harbaugh indicated that Rice could get the rest of the week off before being a game-time decision prior to Sunday's matchup against the Houston Texans."I’m probably going to be the guy that says that he doesn’t need to practice," Ravens coach John Harbaugh said. "It would probably be the prerogative of the head coach, and we’ll just see how he feels going into the game.” Beyond Rice, the Ravens announced that wide receiver Jacoby Jones (sprained MCL), center Ryan Jensen (foot), linebacker Arthur Brown (pectoral), cornerback Chykie Brown (knee) and defensive end Chris Canty (groin) also missed practice. Wide receiver Deonte Thompson (foot) and defensive tackle Brandon Williams (toe) both returned to practice in limited capacities.Follow @TheNFLInjuryRpt Looking for fantasy football advice?
