The Washington Redskins have signed free agent linebacker Chris Wilson, who returns to the team after two years in the CFL. Wilson played for Washington from 2007-10, mostly as a reserve pass-rushing defensive end and special teams player. He had four sacks during his rookie season. Wilson then moved on to the B.C. Lions of the Canadian league. Wilson is projected to play linebacker this time in Washington because the Redskins have converted their defense to a 3-4 scheme.
