According to Mike Chappell of the Indianapolis Star, there’s a less then 50-50 chance that wide receiver Reggie Wayne will re-sign with the Colts.
Wayne is not looking to necessarily break the bank, but he’s not willing to give the Colts a hometown discount.
At the end of the day, Wayne could follow quarterback Peyton Manning to whatever team he ends up with.

Report: Peyton Manning working out at Duke
According to Duke Hoop Blog, Colts quarterback Peyton Manning is working out with long-time friend David Cutcliffe, who’s the head football coach at Duke.
Cutcliffe was Manning’s offensive coordinator at the University of Tennessee. He also coached Peyton’s brother at Eli, at Ole Miss.
It seems to me that Peyton’s looking for some help in re-gaining the arm strength he’s...
Bill Polian liked Robert Griffin III more then Andrew Luck?
According to Michael Lombardi of the NFL Network via Evan Silva, there was a rumor that former Indianapolis Colts Vice Chairman Bill Polian and general manager Chris Polian liked Robert Griffin III more then Andrew Luck.
Of course this is just a rumor, but we thought it was interesting because if it’s true, it might be why they were fired by Colts owner Jim Irsay.
I’m obviously...
Seattle media makes their case for Peyton Manning
Seattle hasn’t been mentioned a lot as a possible landing spot for Peyton Manning, but it probably should be. They have a quality defense, salary cap room, a first class facility, and an owner that isn’t afraid to spend. (Or stay out of the way.) They have a quarterback need, but they are flexible enough…
Report: Peyton working out at Duke, with Cutcliffe
Two weeks ago, Colts quarterback Peyton Manning said that dramatic changes in the franchise made the team facility a difficult place for healing. And so Peyton apparently has decided to take a break. The folks at the Duke Hoop Blog report that Peyton is working out on campus, with long-time family friend and advisor David…
You've got to be kidding. Sally Jenkins jumps on the Peyton Manning bandwagon.

QB Peyton Manning, Colts Don't Meet This Week, No Meeting Planned
The waiting game continues with Peyton Manning and the Indianapolis Colts according to Mike Chappell of the Indianapolis Star. Despite anticipation a meeting would take place this week to at least begin the process of determining the rehabilitating quarterback's future with the team, that did not occur. On his Twitter account, owner Jim Irsay wrote: "Things r quiet this...
Why would Peyton Manning want to play for the Redskins?
Much of the Redskins-Peyton Manning chatter that I’ve so dutifully been chronicling has concerned this question: Would the Redskins be interested in Peyton Manning. A great many reporters and pundits and random cockroaches to which I’ve attached microphones have agreed: yes, they would.

Peyton on Eli’s rings: “There is no envy whatsoever”
We find the “Peyton vs. Eli” debates comical. Peyton Manning has more league MVPs than Eli has Pro Bowl nods. Peyton is in the mix as one of the ten best quarterbacks of all-time. Eli wasn’t named by fellow players as one of the Top 100 players in the NFL. (Which was silly.) Now that…
