It was the Ravens' second straight loss and followed a tough setback to the New England Patriots in which penalties also played a role. The defeat, which came against a team that finished 4-11-1 the previous season, dropped the Ravens into a second-place tie with the Pittsburgh Steelers in the AFC North.
