So here we are, about 20-25 days from the superbowl and I am sure there are people getting ready to make their travel plans if they haven't made them already. We hope that everyone that listed their home with us was able to rent it out for the week of awesomeness and make some extra cash to help them out.

Here is what we do: Give you an opportunity to rent your home for these major sporting events and make some extra cash. Some people think it is crazy to move out of your home for a period of time and letting some stranger live there; its kind of like a timeshare. What it comes down to is that you are leaving your home for a couple days to make anywhere from 500-5000 dollars for an event. You decide the price, you negotiate the terms, you handle everything, we merely give you a place for people to find your home.

I listed my home for this past years Ryder Cup at Medinah and had a pending contract with a corporation that was willing to pay 1000 a night for 6 of the nights that the event would go for. I risked 50 dollars to make a possible 6000 not to mention that my listing stays up for one year so I can advertise it for some Nascar events, PGA events, and anything else that I can find that will give me a better chance to rent it. I want a new bathroom in my basement, my wife agreed to let us go through the rental process as a way to pay for it.

Come join us with the same hope or opportunity. www.sportseventrentals.com

Email me at jim@sportseventrentals.com and tell me what you would use your money for! I'll even give you a free listing if you mention this post.
