Ian Rapoport of NFL.com reports that ESPN broadcaster Jon Gruden has “no interviews scheduled” for any of the head coaching positions that are currently available. Rapoport adds that there’s no indication that Gruden is even preparing to meet with anyone, so it’s fairly likely that he’ll be returning to the booth for another season. The Eagles and Chargers have been mentioned as possible landing spots for Gruden, but you have to wonder whether or not returning to the NFL as a head coach is something that he really wants. Gruden has a great job that pays him well and keeps him close to the game, without the extreme pressure that comes from running a team. Several franchises have offered him good money in the past, but even that hasn’t been enough to persuade him to leave the booth. I’m sure we’ll hear more about this topic in the coming days and probably at this time next year. The post Report: Jon Gruden Has No Interviews Scheduled appeared first on NFL Trade Rumors -.
