Don't get me wrong, I still believe Griffin is extremely talented...BUT!!! This guy needs to come down off the pedestal he appears to have placed himself on. He had a good rookie season but also showed just how susceptible he is to injuries. He appears fragile and will not hold up for long unless he learns to play smarter. What he did after the loss to the
eagles last week was unprofessional and childish...not to mention extremely self
centered. Instead of putting the loss on his shoulders where it belongs, he threw his
coaching staff under the bus instead. First of all he played horribly in the first half and
much of the third quarter before starting to bring the Redskins back. The weak eagles
defense was on the verge of blowing a 24 point lead when Griffin threw an absolutely horrible and unforgivable pick in the back of the end zone. Who the hell was he throwing
to? That loss was clearly on him but he did not do what a leader should have done and
accepted the heat for his mistake. He may eventually turn it around but he also may turn out to be one of the biggest busts in NFL history.
