Seattle Seahawks’ cornerback Richard Sherman sure can talk. Through his recent interviews and his own comparisons to Darrelle Revis, Sherman has left some thinking he is “unnecessarily boastful, prideful, and immodest.” Still, you can’t ignore the good that Sherman is doing in favor of those who are less fortune than him. According to the team’s website, Sherman has launched “Blanket Coverage“- The Richard Sherman foundation. According to the website, the foundation will focus on ‘channel[ing] its resources to ensure that as many children as possible are provided with proper school supplies and adequate clothing.” This a good move for someone who needed some good P.R. though I’m not saying that’s what this is.  I believe (based on no facts whatsoever) that Sherman is genuinely invested in this. For anyone who wants to support Sherman’s foundation there will be a dinner in Seattle on Saturday and a charity softball game in Tacoma the next day.     Need NFL Tickets?
