While Kyle Ortan did a fine job as the Bears quarterback last season. But having Jay Cutler should make Robbie a 130 point kicker again. While Gould is a very steady kicker, he has never kicked a 50+ yard field goal in his career. Now no doubt being in windy Chicago has a good part in the reasoning for that, but until Rob can kick those distances he won't be a top 5 kicker....
