The Toledo Rockets continued their bowl week festivities with a one-hour tour of the U.S. Capital Building in Washington, D.C. on Monday morning, Dec. 26.

Head Coach Tod Kowalczyk announced today that freshman guard Ryan Majerle (Belmont, MI) has decided to leave the Toledo basketball program. Majerle was averaging 5.3 points and 1.8 rebounds per game and had played in 12 contests.

The Toledo Rockets spent Christmas Day in Washington preparing for their Military Bowl matchup with Air Force, as well taking time out to meet with patients at the Veteran's Administration Hospital. The evening was capped off with Christmas dinner, followed by a visit from Santa Claus and a players' Christmas carol competition.
