The Seattle Seahawks (6-4) beat the New York Jets (3-6) 28-7, this past Sunday at CentruyLink Field from Seattle, WA.
As soon as the Jets told media before this game saying they were going to make the playoffs, but that likely won't happen now as they got crushed by Seattle.
It's time for Rex Ryan to pull Mark Sanchez from the starting QB position, although it is unlikely as he has no trust in Tim Tebow.
Game Stats:
Passing
Mark Sanchez was awful 9 for 22 with 124 passing yards, threw an INT and fumbled.
Tim Tebow went 3 for 3 with 8 passing yards and had 4 carries for 14 rushing yards.
Rushing
Shonn Greene didn't have a good running day as he had 15 carries for 58 rushing yards.
Receiving
Jeremy Kerley was the best receivier in the game. He had 5 catches for 57 yards.
Dustin Keller caught 3 passes for 47 yards.
Defense
David Harris and Bryan Thomas had .5 sack each.
Bart Scott had a sack.
Mike Devito and Ellis Lankster had one sack each.

Florham Park, N.J.: Sometimes you have to know when to keep quiet.Rex Ryan stepped to the podium today and almost, repeat almost, didn't feed into answering questions about an article put out by the New York Daily News that said about a dozen players anonymously said Tim Tebow simply isn't good enough to start."First off, if a player doesn't put their name to something...
Rex Ryan Reportedly Cried in Front of Jets Players Following Team’s Loss to Seahawks
The Jets continue to reinvent rock bottom every week, and it certainly seems to be taking quite the toll on head coach Rex Ryan.
ESPN.com reports that Ryan actually broke down in tears following his team’s 28-7 loss to the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday, at least according to some of his players.
“In his postgame address to the team,” ESPN.com’s Rich Cimini writes, “Ryan got...
Rex Ryan Calls Anonymous Jets Players 'Cowardly'
Rex Ryan spent the morning with his team addressing anonymous players talking trash about one another in the media, Conor Orr of the Newark Star-Ledger reports.
"We're not going to say 'Hey this is what we're saying to the media, this is what we're telling everybody,'" Rex Ryan said. "We're not always going to be lined up ... we're going...
Rex Ryan Stands Behind Jets QB Mark Sanchez After Latest Loss
The New York Jets' 28-7 loss to the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday illustrated all the problems that have sent this team disappearing into the darkness.
As always, the focus is on Mark Sanchez, who was dreadful again. On his 26th birthday, the fourth-year quarterback completed just nine of 22 passes for 124 yards. It's the fourth time in nine games Sanchez has thrown for less...
Ryan stands by Sanchez, no QB change planned
Some critics are calling it a fatal mistake but Rex Ryan isn't wavering in his support of the Jets starting quarterback.
Turn On The Jets Week 11 Roundtable – Jets vs. Rams Match-Ups
Joe Caporoso - I hate to reiterate what most of our writers are saying but how could you not look forward to Rex Ryan’s defense versus Brian Schottenheimer’s offense? Without question a low point in a year full of them would be to watch Schottenheimer hang a 35 spot on Ryan. Considering how much crap Schotty took while he was here and how much pride Rex takes in his defense...
Jets Will Stick By Wildcat, Rex Ryan Says
A tired-looking Rex Ryan returned from Seattle after what he described as a long night following the Jets 28-7 loss to the Seahawks Sunday. But even in his fatigue, Ryan stressed essentially what he had last night: the quarterback situation, and the wildcat situation, will not change as a result of the demoralizing loss in Seattle.
Asked if it is time to give up on the wildcat...
Ryan: Anonymous Tebow attacks could unite team
Rex Ryan is no dummy, and so after he read off the Jets' injury report at his press conference Wednesday, he grinned at the reporters and into the glare of the television cameras crowded into the media room at the Jets' training facility. "Fire away, let's go," Ryan said. "Ask the questions you want to ask." An awkward silence ensued. "I...
Antonio Cromartie: Kiss my butt, Sanchez is our quarterback
New York Jets quarterback Mark Sanchez has one supporter in the locker room, cornerback Antonio Cromartie, who says Sanchez is the Jets only quarterback.
“They can kiss my butt, Mark is our quarterback. At the end of the day, we could give a damn what anybody on the outside has to say." Cromartie said to the New York Post following the Jets 28-7 loss to Seattle. "Mark...
Antonio Cromartie supports Mark Sanchez as Jets QB, tells critics to kiss his butt
The debate still rages. No not the one for the White House, that one actually had a date where a decision was made. The New York Jets continue the saga of the quarterback position on a weekly basis. Now 3-6 the Jets season is in complete shambles yet players and coaches still rally around Mark Sanchez as the teams quarterback.
Antonio Cromartie was the latest to lash out at those...
The Seattle Seahawks Are The Team The New York Jets Hoped To Be This Season
The Seahawks easily defeated the Jets 28-7 yesterday and Rex Ryan must be envious of how Seattle wins games. The Hawks are using a strong running game, defense and timely passing to be in the hunt for a playoff spot. This is the same formula the Jets used in 2009 and 2010 to reach the AFC Championship game. However, things have gone awry for New York thanks to very...
