Utah State softball team begins its preparation for the 2012 season as it holds its first team practice on Monday, Jan. 9. USU head coach Carissa Millsap-Kalaba enters her third season at the helm of the softball program and will look to build from last year's 15-42 season. Kalaba has brought in two new assistant coaches, Jessica Pistole and Holly Pearce to complete the coaching roster.
