According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter,  the Miami Dolphins plan on hiring Packers offensive coordinator Joe Philbin as their next head coach. Earlier in the day,  Broncos offensive coordinator Mike McCoy was the front-runner to land the Dolphins head coaching gig.  In the end I believe Philbin is a great choice. Since the Dolphins will be in the market for a starting quarterback...
