The D-II Southwestern Oklahoma State University Bulldogs unveiled a new helmet to help them stand out among their competition and stand out they do. This helmet is an absolute atrocity to football, it’s not even a true camo helmet. It’s like they took a picture of a nearby forest and threw it on the helmet with their bulldog logo. The two mesh terribly and a school with a Bulldog mascot shouldn’t be wearing a nature/camo helmet.

If you didn’t know, we absolutely love cornhole sets here at College Spun. And while the inflatable (we think) Oklahoma State board below isn’t quite as innovative as what we saw from Clemson last week, it is huge.

Southwestern Oklahoma State is a school I never had heard of until now. I’m guessing that’s exactly why they unveiled this crazy helmet. The school started promoting this camoflauge helmet last week and began receiving attention for it. Unfortunately, the helmet is strictly a promotional item available in an auction, not one the team will [...]
Watch out Maryland, Southwestern Oklahoma State trying to steal the spotlight for the ugliest uniforms in college football.
The Division II program out of rural Weatherford, Oklahoma unveiled a camouflage helmet on Twitter, but not the typical military camo pattern that has been used by other programs, instead opting for the hunting-variety look.

Southwestern Oklahoma State may have taken the whole uniform craze just a bit too far with this camouflage football helmet.
Introducing possibly the ugliest football helmet I’ve ever seen, courtesy of Division II school Southwestern Oklahoma State. A bulldog logo layered over a fall foliage backdrop canvasing an entire helmet? No thank you.
The helmet was an auction item so it may or may not ever make its way onto an actual football field.

Every once in awhile we will attempt to answer that question during certain times of year and during the season, and explain what is going on. The next three days before Thursday when the Oklahoma State Cowboys report for fall camp would seem to be somewhat throw away days, but they are not for anybody involved in the program. Here is our inside look at what is going on as the start grows closer.
Thankfully, this “special” model is for an auction and these won’t be used in games. But wow, that is one rough-looking helmet.

Oklahoma State's most recent commitment is Euless (Trinity), Texas offensive guard prospect Lemaefe Galea'i. The 6-4, 317-pound Galea'i actually said last week he was closer to 6-5 and weighed in at 327 pounds. Galea'i and his family made an unofficial visit to Stillwater to check out OSU and made the commitment shortly after returning home. He was also considering...
There is no doubt that despite being a junior and still seeming very young, talented inside receiver Josh Stewart has become one of the primary faces of the Oklahoma State football program. Stewart is the exact opposite of a "Johnny Football" kind of star for the Cowboys.
