Soon after Ndamukong Suh became a Detroit Lion, there arrived a giant scarlet (University of Nebraska) red recliner in the defensive meeting room.  That was three years ago.  Before last week, Suh was still the only defensive lineman in the Lions locker room that could sit back and relax in a big comfy chair. The Lions other D-linemen were stuck with “stiff office chairs” in front of their lockers – until last Wednesday.  ”We just walked in on a Wednesday and they were all there,” defensive end Cliff Avril said. “Somebody in the room got it for us. I’m not sure who.” Was Suh finally guilted into purchasing chairs his linemates?  Avril wasn’t sure.  ”Might have been,” Avril said with a smile and a look in Suh’s direction. “You might have to ask that person. I know, me, I didn’t buy them. I’m glad we got them, though.” It’ll be on the players and coaches to ensure that there is no recliner abuse this season.  The defensive line was supposed to be one of the Lions defined strengths last season
