The Syracuse Orange, undefeated at 10-0, with key wins over Virginia Tech, Stanford and Florida received 51 first place votes in the AP Top 25 Men’s College Basketball poll this week and are ranked No. 1.
Ohio State, Kentucky, Louisville and North Carolina each received first-place votes.
Joining the poll are the Indiana Hoosiers, who defeated the then undefeated Kentucky Wildcats on Saturday. The unbeaten Hoosiers are ranked 18th.
Also joining the poll are Michigan State which defeated Gonzaga last week, Murray State which is undefeated at 10-0 and Vanderbilt at No. 25.
