Taylor Pyatt Possibly a Leaf?

This 27 year old, 6’4” 230lb left winger was drafted by the NYI in the first round eighth overall in the 1999 NHL entry draft and has never reached his projected potential. He made $1.575 million last year in Vancouver scoring 10 goals while adding 9 assists for 19 points in 69 games, and is now a group three UFA. After the horrific accident that took the life of his fiancé Carly Bragnalo in April 2009, a new team closer to home, which is Thunder Bay, might just help this guy clear his head and get back to playing hockey. Pyatt definitely has the size to be a physical power forward, as well this guy can take care of his own end of the ice.
