What a bunch of crap… the Lakers have just decided to let head coach Mike Brown go after the team’s 1-4 start. Unbelievable.
I really think the Lakers should’ve given him more of a chance. He only lasted FIVE GAMES into a brand new season with new player additions. Yeah, the Lakers stink right now, but if they still weren’t good by January or something, then I could see them firing Brown. I guess L.A. never really thought Brown would do a good job coaching this team in the first place, which has to be the only possible explanation for why he was fired so early.
It would be nice to see Brown get another shot because he really didn’t deserve to be fired. It’s not his fault Steve Nash got hurt, and Nash was the man that was supposed to mold the team together. Sure, no one expected the Lakers to be 1-4 right now, but Brown deserved better than to get fired after just five games.

Cavaliers (2-3) at Suns (2-3) - Game 6
OPENING TIP
In Phoenix, everything has changed. Well, not the terrain. Its still always hot there, and they still grow cactuses.
As for the basketball team, man, what a fresh start.
The Suns now play an everyday style, methodically working the ball for the best open shot. They defend and scrap and possess very little pizzazz.
Not that the Steve Nash teams were a bunch of running...
