PLAYERS: Raja Bell
TEAMS: Utah Jazz
Ever since summer, the Utah Jazz have been trying to figure out what to do with Raja Bell. Coach Corbin doesn’t like him, which means the franchise doesn’t like him. But they owe him, owe him about $3.5 mil to be exact. Bell told them to buy him out, but they don’t wanna pay. As far as we know, Bell didn’t show up to training camp, upon request of the franchise. This is bizarre. But now there are rumors that the Jazz and Bell are trying to work out a trade to a team he desires. Bell’s agent, Herb Rudoy, says otherwise: “Absolutely not…I was asked if we are discussing a buyout and I said ‘no.’ The rest is pure speculation…There is no trade talk that I know about.” Hang in there, Raja.
