The Science Of Strength

Recently Miami Hurricane fans have expressed some strong feelings about the UM football Strength and Conditioning program and have been wondering out loud about who is to blame for the apparent sloth and gluttony that seems to have invaded the Hecht Athletic Center over the last several years. It is pretty obvious that there are some glaring issues here when Miami head coach Al Golden made "getting stronger and mentally tougher" the number one priority for the team going into next year. I recently had the chance to interview a highly respected strength and conditioning coach from South Florida: Jeremy Herring of Power Sports Academy in Davie, Florida.
