The Oklahoma City Thunder will be without forward Nick Collison tonight versus the Washington Wizards because of a bruised left hip. As reported by the Associated Press through Yahoo! Sports, Thunder coach Scott Brooks says that Collison is day-to-day.  The Thunder’s next game is against the Los Angeles Clippers on Wednesday night. With Collison out, expect Perry Jones to get additional playing time behind starter Serge Ibaka.  Jones was a first round pick by the Thunder in the 2012 NBA Draft. He is averaging three  points and 1.8 rebounds in 13 minutes per game. Collison is in his 10th NBA season out of Kanasas.  He is averaging six points and two rebounds per game in 17.6 minutes. He scored a season-high nine points in the Thunder’s win at Detroit on Friday.  Last season, Collison averaged 5.1 points and 4.1 rebounds in 19.5 minutes per game.  For his career, Collison is averaging 6.8 points and 5.9 rebounds, in 674 games.
