Video: Westbrook tries to dunk on Griffin, fails

The above video shows one of the saddest scenes in an NBA game I’ve seen in quite a while. Oklahoma City Thunder point guard Russell Westbrook is one heck of an athlete, but I think he overestimated his skills on this play. On Wednesday night against the Los Angeles Clippers, Westbrook caught the ball on the right wing and attempted to go all Blake Griffin on…Blake Griffin...

The Oklahoma City Thunder are one of the top teams in the NBA this season, leading the Western Conference with a record of 34-11 and trail only the Chicago Bulls for the best record in the Association. Over the last few seasons the Thunder have been constructing their roster through the NBA Draft, as well as a trade last season with the Boston Celtics that brought center Kendrick...

Thunder closing in on deal with Derek Fisher

Derek Fisher is not a starting PG in the NBA anymore, and the masquerading around as such that he did in LA this past season was painful to watch at times. But, he is still an extremely valuable NBA back-up I think, especially for a contending team. The Oklahoma City Thunder appear to agree with that assessment, and reports out of OKC are that they're close to inking a deal with...
