Titans fullback Collin Mooney is scheduled to see doctors on Monday, and that’s when a decision will be made on whether he’ll need surgery for his broken left hand. Mooney, who played at Army, said he’s been told he might need a plate inserted into the hand. He practiced during the team’s minicamp with a cast on the hand after suffering the injury on June 15. “The doctors told me it would be no more than 3-4 weeks (recovery time),’’ Mooney said. “So I’ll be back for camp. It’s a little swollen now, but it will be OK. It’s just been annoying to not have a second hand.”
