General manager Mike Reinfeldt will be moved into the role of chief operating officer and report directly to owner Bud Adams. Promoted into the general manager role is long-time personnel man Ruston Webster, who spent time with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Seattle Seahawks before joining the Titans' front office as vice president of player personnel in 2010.
