Here’s a video produced by the Montreal Canadiens to honor Gary Carter. It was played prior to tonight’s game against the New Jersey Devils.
The memorial service to honor Gary Carter, the Hall of Fame catcher who died of brain cancer at 57 earlier this week, has been scheduled for Friday night in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla.
The family’s website announced the service today, and requested in lieu of flowers, that a donation be made to The Gary Carter Foundation, 580 Village Blvd., Suite 315, West Palm Beach, FL, 33409.
Your donations will go to support the Autism Project of Palm Beach County, Hospice of Palm Beach County, and Palm Beach Atlantic University Baseball.
