UMBC recorded their 4th conference win in impressive fashion today, handing the Black Bears their first home loss since January 5th vs. Hartford. After Vermont beat Stony Brook soundly earlier today, the top of the AE now looks like this:
Vermont (10-2)Maine (8-3)Boston (7-4)
It wasn't so long ago that everyone had Maine pegged as the dominant team in this conference. Now it looks more like the top three spots are up for grabs, with Boston's game at Vermont to close the regular season on February 27th looking bigger and bigger.
