With the game on the line, the Olympus High School (Salt Lake City, Utah) football team pulled a trick out of their sleeves to win the game on this spectacular play.Watch as Olympus pulls off a double hook-and-ladder with less than seconds remaining to defeat Springville High School by a tally of 43-37.Quarterback Chase Manning hits receiver Spencer Williams going across the middle, who quickly flips the ball to Connor Haller, who takes a few steps before pitching to Coleman Meier, who then finishes the play off by racing into the endzone.Apparently, the play was just drawn up recently."We've had it in our offense for the past couple of years. Our former wide receivers coach (Sam Baldwin) implemented it.  It originally had just one pitch. Earlier this week in practice, our quarterbacks coach Riley Jensen said that when he was coaching at NC State they had the same thing, but leaked the tailback for the second lateral," coach Aaron Whitehead told MaxPreps in an email. "We had only practiced it a couple of times with the additional pitch. When I called it, we were hoping to get in field goal range, but Coleman Meier stepped it up a level and scored."Via Max Preps
