Regular readers know that Double Coverage gives Bowling Green their props whenever we can, but after watching Kent State's Dri Archer treat the Falcons the way the National Guard treats Kent State it's only fair to give credit where credit is due. Archer's two long TD runs provided the difference in the Golden Flash's division clinching victory at Bowling Green last Saturday, and you can see them both here:
The first one...ok, you can't coach speed. Archer's the fastest kid on the field and takes off like he got shot out of a rocket. That's excusable. But that second one??? Come on, fellas. No less than ten people had an opportunity to tackle Archer and he waltzed into the end zone to score the game-winning TD like he was playing against air. Forget Braxton Miller's Heisman hopes...I don't even think he's the best player in Ohio after watching this one.
