Andre Iguodala's 3-pointer as the buzzer sounded was waived off, and the Golden State Warriors held on for a wild 106-105 win over the Denver Nuggets on Thursday night after four replay reviews over the final 3.4 seconds. Iguodala received a cross-court inbounds pass and connected from the left wing with a hand in his face, and Denver players celebrated by running off the court toward their locker room. But the Warriors stayed put and waited on yet another review by officials at the scorer's table - then began their own cheers at raucous Oracle Arena when officials ruled the shot came just an instant after time expired. Iguodala missed the last of three free throws that would have tied the game with 3.4 seconds to go, but Denver still had two more chances to win.

Warriors Injury News: Andrew Bogut Out Indefinitely After Revealing True Extent of Injury

So much for Andrew Bogut nearing return.  After speculation that Bogut would return to practice this week, the Golden State Warriors' center faced endless questions about why he was still sidelined.  Finally, the team and Bogut broke to the fact that his surgery was more serious than originally reported. Bogut had micro-fracture surgery in April, a more serious surgery than...

Kenneth Faried has a block party during Warriors vs. Nuggets

Warriors vs. Nuggets was a crazy game. The ending sequence was one of the most bizarre ones I recall in awhile with the game going right down to the wire with the Warriors winning 106-105. The two teams have faced each other three times in the last 20 days so they’re quiet familiar with the [...]

Warriors' Bogut might miss up to another three months

The Golden State Warriors won't get center Andrew Bogut back as soon as they hoped. The team and the 7-footer announced that Bogut's left ankle surgery in April was a microfracture procedure, not an arthroscopic cleanup as was previously reported. It's possible Bogut could be out "one, two or three months," he said, according to the Oakland Tribune. Bogut...

Dommermuth: Andrew Bogut’s Ankle Still Not Ready

Andrew Bogut was back on the practice court for the Golden State Warriors, but he was unable to participate in anything more than jogging and some light shooting on a separate court from the team. Bogut has been plagued by his surgically repaired left ankle and has missed 9 straight games. When the swelling originally occurred earlier in the [...]The post Dommermuth: Andrew Bogut’s...

Myers Takes Blame For Bogut Surgery Controversy

The Warriors had announced in April that Andrew Bogut had arthroscopic surgery on his ankle and that he would be out three months, but they finally admitted this week that he also had microfracture surgery.

Kenneth Faired With Two Big-Time Blocks Against The Warriors

Last night’s game between the Golden State Warriors and Denver Nuggets ended up being a very entertaining game. The Warriors pulled out a close victory in a game that came down to the buzzer. The great part about watching the Nuggets is there’s so much athleticism on display that there are bound to be some highlight plays. This was exactly the case last night, with Kenneth Faried...

Warriors Assign Kent Bazemore To Santa Cruz

Kent Bazemore has appeared in six games for Golden State this season, recording two rebounds, two steals, two blocks and one assist in 10 minutes.
