After an impressive mini-camp for the Washington Redskins, undrafted cornerback Chase Minnifield looked like he may live up to his pre-draft expectations before a knee injury knocked him down most team’s draft boards. At the University of Virginia, Chase Minnifield was a two-time first-team All-ACC selection, tallying 13 career interceptions for the Cavaliers. Minnifield had expected to be at full strength by training camp, according to the Washington Post, but it looks like it will take some time before the rookie defensive back is at 100 percent.
