We all know the story. Mike Tyson bit off a chunk of Evander Holyfield‘s ear in a controversial 1997 match. The two beefed for a little while, then everything was smooth sailing. The two guys no longer hate each other and have apparently grown enough to poke fun at the incident. Earlier today, Iron Mike tweeted out one of his Tyson-isms to his 2.2 million followers in support of Holyfield and his new brand of BBQ sauce.

Here is the ear video for all of you amateurs who haven’t seen it (skip to 2:35).

Tyson sent out the following tweet this afternoon:

Tyson just gets better and better. Just another reason for BC to be sitting front row when Tyson’s show hits Manhattan. You would think something like this might rile Holyfield up a bit. Think again:

We just hope this isn’t some lame PR stunt because if Tyson just randomly decided to tweet that out it just adds to his genius. Below is a shot of Evander Holyfield’s “Real Deal BBQ Sauce”. Lets just hope that this isn’t the last we hear of these two co-marketing the sauce because a 1-2 Tyson-Holyfield marketing team would be hard to beat.
