It wasn’t the prettiest of victories, but it was a very important one for the Blue Devils as they got their first road conference victory over Wake Forest in Winston-Salem 75-70. Duke struggled shooting from the outside, only making 2 of 14 shots, but were led by Mason Plumlee’s career high 32 points and some timely defensive stops. A number of Blue Devils faced foul trouble throughout the contest but Plumlee and Seth Curry, who scored 21, would not let their team give this one up.
