By now, you've undoubtedly heard that Syracuse, a preseason No. 25 pick in the coaches' poll, dropped a game to Division II Le Moyne on Tuesday night. Maybe they're dealing with heavy roster turnover. Maybe Le Moyne is just a sneaky good Division II team. One thing they shouldn't have been short on was motivation. I mean, one of their assistant coaches -- Rob Murphy -- actually recorded a freestyle for the player introductions. There's good news on two fronts: 1. The game on Tuesday night meant nothing. 2. They have a coach who can rap. I cannot undersell the importance of that skill. A lot of people thought there was an element of "addition-by-subtraction" when some of the players from last year left school. Paul Harris and Eric Devendorf probably won't be missed. (I'm guessing they'd welcome Jonny Flynn back in a heartbeat.) All is not lost for Syracuse this season. Andy Rautins is a great shooter. Arinze Onuak...
