David Collins was ejected from Thursday night’s Clemson-Duke game for committing a very hard foul on Wendell Moore.

Collins had the ball stolen from him by Moore late in the first half of Duke’s 82-64 win over the Tigers. As Moore was going in for the layup, Collins ran by and rammed into Moore, sending the Blue Devils forward to the ground.

Collins received a flagrant 2 foul and was ejected. The Duke bench also received a tech.

Collins had Duke players and even Coach K upset over the play, but he quickly tried to take responsibility for it and defuse the situation.

Despite the play, Moore remained in the game and finished second on his team with 33 minutes played in the win.
