More frustration for Spartans in loss to Nebraska

Michigan State may need a little more time to get over this one. The Spartans have an open date next weekend, and any positive vibes they had built at the start of November were dashed when Saturday's game against Nebraska slipped away in the final seconds. Michigan State seemed to have control on a few occasions in the fourth quarter, but ended up blowing a 10-point lead in...

Nebraska vs Michigan State Photo Journal

This past Saturday I joined many Husker fans in driving up to East Lansing to see the Huskers take on Michigan State. I had  great time which was definitely helped by another thrilling Husker victory 28-24, led by Taylor Martinez. Here is the game from my point of view in photo form.   Onward to The post Nebraska vs Michigan State Photo Journal appeared first on No Coast Bias.

Michigan State's season of frustration

Michigan State coach Mark Dantonio had never experienced four straight games that were decided in the closing seconds. And if he never again has to go through the frustrations of the past month, he won't miss it. A 28-24 loss to Nebraska was the latest dagger for the Spartans (5-5, 2-4 Big Ten), who have dropped four league games by a total of 10 points. Michigan State, heading...

Don’t Blame The Loss On The Referees, But…

Darqueze Dennard played possibly the game of his career. 2 picks (one of which would be a 96-yard pick-six, but we’ll cover that later) and 4 tackles. Also, late in the game, Dennard had a clutch play, denying Nebraska wideout Kenny Bell a touchdown reception, only to be called back because he had “interfered” with Bell. At first glance on the scoreboard at Spartan Stadium...

Saturday Yielded a Pathetic, Yet Amazing College Football Flop

Michigan State’s Johnny Adams may be my least favorite player after seeing this video, or he may be my favorite. I am torn as to whether I should hate or love this guy for trying to perfect the art of soccer flopping. Check out Adams having it out with Nebraska’s Kenny Bell and then doing his best acting impression which is award worthy. Ridiculous. H/T Hot Clicks via Athlon...

First Look At UConn's Men's Camo Uniforms

While we are still waiting for Nike to put out the official press release announcing the camo uniforms for this Friday's UConn Huskies men's basketball game against the Michigan State Spartans in Germany, Neill Ostrout of the Journal Inquirer brings us our first look at the uniforms. So what do you think folks? Personally, I'm a big fan of them. We'...

Michigan State’s CB Johnny Adams looks for a call by flopping (Video)

Michigan State’s CB Johnny Adams ended up being a goat during the game, because of a block in the back penalty that he took during Darqueze Dennard’s interception return for a touchdown that had the touchdown called back.  The TD would have all but sealed the game and instead kept the Nebraska Cornhuskers in the game.Meanwhile, he had this epic flop in the first half looking...
