ESPN announcer Dick Vitale walked into a plate glass window prior to tonight’s ESPN broadcast of the Michigan – Ohio State game at Crisler Arena. The incident was first reported on Twitter by Brandon Castel of Ohio State blog The-Ozone.net. Vitale was attended to by paramedics at the arena. According to our photographer @jimdphoto, Dick Vitale is being attended to by paramedics in the hallway at Crisler Arena. Looks ill. — Brandon Castel (@BCastOZone) February 6, 2013 Vitale, 73, is apparently fine, but he allegedly suffered a cut to his face. The loud, longtime college basketball analyst text messaged ESPN that he was ok. .@aceanbender reported @dickiev was attended to by UM paramedics after walking into plate-glass window.
