Three games into his freshman season, Michigan State freshman shooting guard Gary Harris suffered a shoulder injury that lingered throughout the year and hampered his performance.  He still had a very productive season, finishing second on the Spartans in scoring and winning the Big Ten Freshman of the Year award. A year removed from that injury and back to 100%, Harris is ready for a breakout sophomore campaign and is a huge reason why Sparty is a Final Four contender. “Compared to last year, I feel great,” Harris admitted at Big Ten Media Day.  Because of that injury, Harris was limited with his athleticism, ability to attack the tin, and explosiveness.  As a result, he had to become more of an outside shooter and developed into MSU’s most consistent threat from the perimeter as he connected on 41% of his triple tries. “This year, you’ll see more of my all-around game,” Harris stated.  “I was just pegged as a shooter last year which is the first time in my life I was pegged as a s...
