A couple years ago Brandon Reed transferred into Georgia Tech, but never lived up to the expectations for the Yellow Jackets. After Reed completes summer school, he'll graduate, transfer to Arkansas State, and be eligible to play next season at his 3rd school of his collegiate career. Brian Gregory called Reed "an integral part of this team over the last two years".  Reed is the second Yellow Jacket to transfer since the season ended, joining Julian Royal.
