The Miami Hurricanes are all smiles right now. After the school’s first ACC regular season championship and it’s first conference tournament title, people are talking about a potential 1-seed in the NCAA Tournament. Hurricanes forward Julian Gamble pulled a fast one on his coach, Jim Larranaga, with a surprise photobomb. Perfect execution, if you ask me.

It didnt take long for the NCAA selection committee chairman to be asked why the University of Miami didnt receive a No. 1 seed in this years tournament.
We only had four No. 1 spots, chairman Mike Bobinski said during the selection show broadcast. If we had five, Miami would have been No. 5.
That might offer some consolation to Hurricanes fans, many of whom likely believe UM should...

GREENSBORO, N.C. - Shane Larkin discusses his MVP performance in Miami's 87-77 win over North Carolina in the 2013 ACC Tournament.
Simply put, Miami's Shane Larkin was too good. UNC had no answer for him. Maybe a pre-ACL injury Dexter Strickland could have kept Larkin out of the lane but no one could. And once he broke down the defense it was easy pickings. Larkin found Trey McKinney-Jones multiple times and he cashed in on three after three that kept Miami close. Many of Miami's supporting cast hurt...
