This may be some exaggeration, but this feels like a big time victory for Herb Sendek and his coaching staff. Monday, ASU announced transfer guard Jermaine Marshall would be heading to the Sun Devils from Penn State. In the mix as well were North Carolina, Creighton, and Florida State.
