Delbert Love scored a career-high 16 points and Kennesaw State routed Reinhardt 72-46 on Wednesday night.
Henry Romain added a career-high 15 points, Markeith Cummings had 14 and Spencer Dixon had 10 for the Owls (2-2), who won their second game in a row.
Kennesaw State, which won its fourth straight home opener, went on a 13-2 run over the final 10 minutes of the first half to lead 36-14 at halftime. The lead never dipped below 17 points in the second half.
The Owls have improved their shooting every game this season and shot a season-best 46.2 percent (24 of 52) from the field, including 9 of 16 from 3-point range. Also, the Owls converted 19 Reinhardt turnovers into 25 points.
Reinhardt, an NAIA team counting this game as an exhibition, shot only 35.2 percent (19 of 54) from the field.
Tyler Blackwell led Reinhardt with 13 points.
