Has the real Kyle Singler finally arrived for Duke? After averaging 11 points over five games from February 5th-20th, he broke out against Temple with 28 points. “You’ve just got to not focus on not shooting the ball well, because if you just focus on that, it does hinder other parts of your game,” said Singler. If he has arrived, it comes at an excellent time for the Blue Devils who travel to Blacksburg to take on the Virginia Tech Hokies, who are looking to solidify their NCAA tournament resume. A ninth win in the ACC and a victory over a number one team will probably lock them into the NCAAs. Duke will need both of its seniors to make a run deep into March and if Singler follows a similar path as last year, things will look good in Durham.
