After beating the Notre Dame Fighting Irish in the Big East Tournament semi-finals for the third straight year, the Cards will now face Syracuse in its fourth Big East Tournament Championship game in the last five years. Led by its senior leader Peyton Siva with 12 points, three rebounds, six assists and seven steals (Tournament Record), the Cards consistently seemed to be in control of this game.  Siva also became the career steal leader at Louisville surpassing Darrell Griffith of the record he has held for over 30 years. Luke Hancock continues consistent play with his fourth straight double digit scoring game and fifth of the last seven.  Luke also went a perfect 3-3 from deep with almost a knack of each one feeling like a dagger to the opponent.
