College athletes– basketball players in particular– are very excited about “swag” these days– showing the world what you’re all about and the style you bring to the table.
When new uniforms are introduced, the swag meter goes through the roof.
At least this is the rule.
As you can see from the picture above, the New Mexico Lobos are the exception...

A.J. Hardeman scored five of his nine points to kick start a 13-2 run that propelled New Mexico to a 48-38 victory over Wyoming on Saturday.
Kendall Williams led New Mexico (20-4, 6-2 Mountain West) with 10 points while Drew Gordon had 13 rebounds and Hardeman grabbed eight.
Francisco Cruz scored 14 for the Cowboys (18-6, 4-4), who only had four players score.

The Wyoming Cowgirl basketball team had their three game winning streak snapped by the New Mexico Lobos, 60-57, on Saturday afternoon. They are now 9-13 overall and 5-4 in the Mountain West.
