CORAL GABLES, Fla. - University of Miami senior center Reggie Johnson will be out 6-8 weeks with a left thumb fracture, Coach Jim Larranaga announced Sunday evening.
In seven games this season, Johnson has averaged 12.6 points, 10.1 rebounds and 1.9 blocks per game for the Hurricanes. He is shooting 42.6 percent from the field and 71.4 percent at the line.
