Former Baylor C Isaiah Austin’s basketball career was ended when he was diagnosed with Marfan’s Syndrome. Austin’s Baylor teammate, Cory Jefferson, was taken by San Antonio with the final pick of the NBA draft and subsequently traded to the Nets, so Jefferson has taken the liberty of making sure his friend’s legacy will live in the NBA somehow. Jefferson is to wear the #21, which is the same number that Austin wore for Baylor. Now all I need are some goggles and I’ll be official like @IsaiahAustin
